  • The content must not have been downloaded, copied, or shared in any form.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Live webinars, workshops, or training events

  • Courses where a certificate has already been issued

  • Any bonus files, templates, or tools received after purchase

3. Refund Deductions

If a refund is approved (in rare, valid cases), the following deductions will be made:

  • Payment Gateway Charges: 2%

  • Administrative Fee: 5%

These are necessary to cover third-party and processing costs.

Refunds will be denied in cases of:
